Everywhere I look . . . I see stupid people . . . everywhere . . .

While National Football League and Major League Baseball regulations prevent fans from bringing guns into stadiums, legislators in the state of Washington reportedly proposed a bill that would permit such action.

Cindy Boren of the Washington Post reported Sunday, the proposed bill "would prevent public stadiums or the private entities that operate them from banning people with a valid concealed pistol license from entering with a firearm."

Boren noted "it's a proposal that is at odds" with the established rules in place from the NFL and MLB.

If it passed, the bill would extend to Safeco Field and CenturyLink Field, home of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks, respectively, even though both are privately operated.

A trio of Republican representatives from Olympia, Washington, proposed the bill.
